To make an appointment you must have a referral from your GP or another doctor. This can be sent by either fax (+61 3 8458 4889) or e mail (privateconsultingsuites@mercy.com.au).

Obstetric Patients:
To prepare for your first obstetric visit, please bring along with you:

• A referral from your GP

• A copy of any recent blood tests or ultrasounds

Please confirm that your private health fund covers you for obstetric care as a private patient

Gynaecology Patients:
To prepare for your first gynaecologist appointment, please ensure we have copies of:

• A referral from your GP

• A copy of any recent blood tests or ultrasounds

• The date and result of your last cervical screening test (pap smear)
